For the Body:


1. Do the south beach diet, completely not "my version" for 6 months and see what my results will be.

2. Walk at work for 15 mins of my lunch every day im at work for 30 days

3. Give up soda for 30 days.

4. Do my bellydancing video on Mondays and Wednesdays for a month.

5. No fast food for 30 days.

6. Do arm exercises every night for ten minutes for 30 days.

7. Go rollerskating with the kids.

8. Go on a nature hike/walk with the family.

9. Walk in a walk-a-thon/marathon

10. Loose 100 pounds

11. Start an exercise/food journal.... get serious about my health and weight

12. Take the stairs at work everyday for 30 days/ park furthest from the door


For Others:

13. Find a family in need and pay their electric bill anonymously.

14. Donate blood

15. Clean up a local park

16. Go to a convalescent home and visit someone who doesn't have anyone once a month for 1 year.

17. Bake cupcakes and take to a homeless shelter.

18. Write a letter of thanks to a soldier

19. Volunteer to babysit for a single mother for a few hours while she goes to a mani-pedi that i treat her to.


For the Mind and Spirit:

20. FINALLY finish reading "Power of focus for woman"

21. FINALLY get my AA degree

22. Journal every night for a month

23. Read the entire bible in one year

24. Get up 15 minutes early daily to pray for 30 days

25. Meditate 20 minutes a day for 2 weeks

26. Figure out how to play sudoko (i probably spelled this wrong... lol)

27. Take a Japanese language class

28. Read 10 classic books to my kids


For My Wallet:

29. Make lists before shopping, and only buy whats on the list.  Whatever left-over from my budget put in savings for a year

30. Clip and use coupons weekly for one year

31. Order copy of hubby and myself's credit report, and get it cleaned up

32. Pay an extra percentage on our debt each month for a year

33. Pay for nothing on credit!!!! Save and purchase everything with cash

34. Find budget friendly things to do for fun/entertainment

35. Save all spare change for 1 year


For The Heart:

36. Kiss and Hug my husband and kids every morning before we part ways.... even on mornings we are running late for the rest of my life (when possible)

37. Write a list of ten things I am most grateful for and read it daily for a month.

38. Give myself and everyone in my household a compliment everyday for 60 days

39. Write a thank you letter every week for a year to a different person telling them how they've touched my life.  Make a copy of it and put in a notebook to save, and mail it to the person


For The Kids:

40. Close each of the kids savings accounts and switch them over to my credit union

41. Go on our dates again... they used to be fun....

42. Spend cuddle time with each child a different night of the week.

43. Read a Dr. Seuss book to Bakari every week

44. Plan each kids birthday with them for 2012

45. Take Tony to the college to look at what classes he needs to take for his AA degree

46. Make our Summer 2012 Bucket List

Random Things I Want To Do:

47. Take a hot-air balloon ride

48. Go wine tasting

49. Have a daddy, daughter weekend with my dad

50. Go to New York for the weekend

51. Go on a cruise to Mexico with my hubby

52. Go to seaworld with the kids

53. Take the kids to disneyland

54. Spend the weekend in Pismo

55. Go to an aviation museum

56. Take the kids to the snow

57. Go camping and live off what we catch fishing and live outdoors (2 days maximum!!)

58. Take the kids ice skating

59. Picnic

60. Go without electronics.... board games only.... for a weekend with just us
